Apple has officially unveiled the iPhone 16e, a new addition to its lineup that replaces the iPhone SE series. This model offers advanced features at a more accessible price point.

Design and Display

The iPhone 16e features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with 60Hz refresh rate protected by ceramic shield glass, adopting a design similar to the iPhone 14. It transitions from Touch ID to Face ID, incorporating a notch to house the necessary sensors. The Home button has been replaced by a customizable Action Button. The iPhone 16e will be available in black and white color options.

Performance

Powered by Apple’s A18 chipset, the iPhone 16e ensures smooth performance and efficiency. It supports Apple Intelligence, integrating AI features directly into the device. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and storage options starting from 128GB.

Camera System

The iPhone 16e includes a 48-megapixel rear camera with a 2x telephoto optical zoom (*no dedicated telephoto lens). And a 12-megapixel front camera offers high-quality selfies and video calls.
